RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a reliable Storekeeper for our healthcare facility’s pharmacy operations. This backend, non-patient-facing role handles inventory, packing, receiving and stock accuracy in a structured environment.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to support day-to-day pharmacy inventory and packing activities. This is a backend, non-patient-facing role suited for candidates who are comfortable with hands-on work and a structured environment.
Pick and pack medications according to labels and established procedures.
Pack medicines into ziplock bags and assist with pre-packing activities.
Top up medication bins and replenish stocks from the storeroom.
Assist with receiving and organising stocks from vendors.
Support inventory and storekeeping activities to ensure stock availability and accuracy.
Assist with deblistering medicines and portioning tablets using designated tools and procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of packing and dispensing work areas.
Perform other operational and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Comfortable working in a healthcare or polyclinic environment in a non-patient-facing capacity.
Able to commit to a minimum 3-month contract with good attendance.
Comfortable with prolonged standing or sitting, depending on work station rotation.
Able to handle cartons and bins weighing up to 10kg; trolley support is available for transportation.
Comfortable performing repetitive packing and inventory-related tasks with good attention to detail.
Willing to complete required vaccinations and serology tests where applicable.
Able to work rotating shifts according to operational requirements.
5.5 days per week / approximately 42 hours per week
Monday to Friday: 7.5 hours per day
Saturday: approximately 4.5 hours
Shift timings may range between 8.00am and 6.00pm, depending on the assigned location.
Candidates are required to declare any planned leave during the application process, particularly leave exceeding 3 days.
Planned leave should be communicated and documented prior to commencement.
Leave exceeding 3 days may not be approved after commencement if it was not declared in advance.
Vaccination and serology requirements may apply. Where applicable, associated costs may not be covered if the temporary assignment ends within the first month.
