Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Policy Services Analyst to join our Policy Services team. You will process policy fulfilment and issuance in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of documents.

With a Diploma and experience in policy processing, you will support documentation, archiving, and system testing (AS400) while contributing to process improvements. Office-based in Singapore with potential coverage for operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification with experience in policy processing.
• Possess BCP and PGI certifications.
• At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience in Personal Lines policy processing using the AS400 system is preferred.
• Experience in process improvement projects and system testing will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Policy processing: fulfilment and issuance within service standards.
• Documentation & compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Document archiving and maintenance of policy records.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and accuracy.
• Participate in UAT, system enhancements and process projects.
• Support office operations at Paya Lebar when required.
• Identify operational and compliance risks and follow risk procedures.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry developments.
