Responsibilities

• Process Policy Services requests on a day-to-day basis.

• Maintain SOPs and user guides for policy services.
• Approve payments within authority limits and monitor escalations.
• Collaborate with Technology to draft business requirements and review UAT plans.
• Provide timely support to Financial Consultants and customers.
