PERSOL in Singapore is seeking an employee to provide efficient and professional support in resolving policy-related enquiries, requests and concerns raised by policyholders and Financial Representatives, while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.

The role involves handling inquiries for Life and General Insurance policies, adhering to turnaround times, and escalating risks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or frontline insurance support.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle regulatory and operational requirements with accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Attend to walk-in policyholders’ and Financial Representatives’ enquiries and requests relating to Life and General Insurance policies, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Follow up promptly on unresolved counter enquiries and ensure all outstanding matters are resolved within the stipulated turnaround time.
• Assess and manage appeals, feedback and minor complaints from policyholders, Financial Representatives and business partners, ensuring appropriate follow-up and satisfactory closure.
• Deliver a positive customer service experience through professional, courteous and effective communication.
• Manage customer feedback and complaints in accordance with established procedures and operational service standards.
• Take ownership of business and regulatory compliance risks, implementing appropriate measures to mitigate potential risks.
• Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes and emerging risks to ensure continued compliance with relevant requirements.
• Identify and escalation potential risks or concerns, while proactively sharing best practices to strengthen risk management and operational effectiveness.
• Provide ad hoc operational support to other service touchpoints, including Digital Communications and the Call Centre, to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Be prepared for rotation across different Service Centres, based on operational requirements.
• Undertake additional assignments and responsibilities as delegated by the Section Head, when required.
