Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required with strong leadership experience.
• Strong analytical skills in data analysis, reporting, and quality measurement.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with labeling/annotation policies and content guidelines.

• Performance Management: comprehensively manage quality across workflows and meet targets.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: align quality expectations and coordinate cross-functionally.
