Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Data operations, Trust & Safety, content moderation, or AI data delivery with global exposure.
• Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, LLMs, and human-in-the-loop data labeling frameworks.
• Exceptional global stakeholder management and cross-cultural leadership.

Responsabilités

• Direct end-to-end data operations delivery and QA across regions.
• Develop policy-based quality standards for data labeling.
• Lead RCA analyses on guideline ambiguities and incidents.
• Manage resources, capacity planning and delivery timelines.
• Coach QA teams and drive performance improvements.
• Oversee vendor and stakeholder performance with global partners.
