Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Policy Manager, Information Integrity, Trust & Safety to shape and operationalize platform policies globally from Singapore. You will drive policy development and coordinate with Legal, Public Policy, Regional Policy, and product teams to ensure clear, defensible policies and effective enforcement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Trust & Safety or policy fields.
• Knowledge of misinformation and civic integrity.
• Excellent writing and executive communication.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across product, legal, comms, operations, enforcement, public policy, and data science.
• Understanding of online safety and platform governance.

Responsibilities

• Draft and refine Information Integrity policies for downstream teams.
• Collaborate with Policy Scaling, Regional Policy, and Product teams.
• Engage with Legal and Public Policy for regulatory compliance.
• Act as global escalation point for emergency policy decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and address them in policies.
• Represent Information Integrity with cross-functional partners and external stakeholders.
