Job summary

MOL (ASIA OCEANIA) PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced PMO lead for Project NEXUS in Singapore. You will guide planning, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure disciplined execution and clear visibility of milestones, risks, and actions.

Engage with global stakeholders, coordinate with HQ in Japan, and deliver timely reports. Strong SAP knowledge and bilingual communication are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, CS, IS, Business Admin or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Substantial hands-on PMO experience in large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Strong SAP knowledge and integration with financial applications (IMOS, interfaces).
• Experience developing governance frameworks and integrated schedules with risk registers.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional, multi-unit projects with overseas stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting processes and data migration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with senior management.
• Proficient in English and Japanese for reporting to HQ in Japan.

Responsibilities

• Drive PMO activities for Project NEXUS and support planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain the overall project plan, milestones, governance, and tracking.
• Monitor status, dependencies, risks, issues; coordinate mitigation with stakeholders.
• Coordinate alignment among leadership, workstream owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Consolidate project information and provide clear status reporting.
• Coordinate governance meetings, prepare materials, document decisions, track actions.
• Identify matters needing management attention and escalate appropriately.
• Ensure effective information flow across the project organization.
• Maintain project documentation and transparency on progress and decisions.
• Support leadership in achieving Project NEXUS objectives and outcomes.
• Liaise with HQ in Japan for alignment on decisions and implementation.
