Job summary

RED is looking for a Project Manager / Translator (English Speaking) in Singapore to support the Senior PM with strategy, planning, and client coordination. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee cost and fee proposals, and ensure milestones meet client requirements.

You will mentor PMO staff, deliver management reports, and help digitalize processes to improve delivery. A background in engineering, Chartered Eng status, and international project experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• BSc/BEng in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Membership of an applicable Institute.
• Chartered Engineer status.
• Experience in design specification for multiple building types.
• Experience managing projects abroad is desirable, with knowledge of health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Senior PM with business strategy and management.
• Carries out cost and profit diagnosis on projects including feasibility studies and proposal prep.
• Work with clients and project team to establish project requirements.
• Review status and adjust schedules; prepare reports for management or clients.
• Manage fiscal and commercial aspects to hit target margins.
• Lead and monitor construction and installation activities on projects.
