Job summary

NCS Singapore is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale initiatives, aligning delivery with strategic objectives while driving excellence in execution. You will develop plans, budgets, and schedules, identify risks, manage stakeholders, and steer cross-functional teams to ensure projects finish on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive project management experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior management capacity.
• Experience managing complex, multi-million dollar projects with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2).
• Budget management, resource planning, and cost control.
• Strong risk management and mitigation capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com.

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of large-scale projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while identifying and mitigating risks.

• Proven expertise in budget management, resource planning, and cost control
• Strong risk management and mitigation capabilities with experience identifying and resolving project challenges
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Proficiency with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience building and motivating high-performing teams
• Strategic thinking and business acumen with ability to align projects to organizational goals
• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certification
• Preferred: Experience managing projects in multiple industries or international project environments
