Job summary

Wipro Limited in Singapore is seeking a PMO Lead to manage end-to-end project delivery, interact with clients, and oversee project operations. The role spans offshore and overseas engagements, with a span of 20-40 FTE and 2-5 project leads.

Requires PMO experience and strong governance, risk, and stakeholder management skills. The incumbent will work with offshore Delivery/Program Managers to ensure delivery parameters align with the account plan, ensure on-time delivery, and drive value through

Qualifications

Total relevant experience of 6+ years with at least 18 months in a Lead role.
Experience of managing multiple project modules as a Project Lead.
Proficiency in estimation techniques, cost and delivery metrics.
Strong quality management knowledge: planning, inspection, control.
Experience with customer engagement models and delivery parameters.

Responsibilities

Work with Delivery/Program Manager to align delivery parameters with account plan.
Ensure timely delivery to avoid penalties and adhere to cashflow.
Contribute to client value through domain experts and architects.
Record and manage project issues and escalations.
Handle Change Request Process
Identify and escalate risks using status reports.
Ensure necessary infrastructure for team including hardware/software
Manage people processes, goal setting and career growth
Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
