Job summary

Manulife Singapore is seeking an Oversight & Governance Director to strengthen the CPMO by delivering analytics, governance support, and insight-driven decision making across strategic initiatives. You will develop dashboards, maintain governance standards, and partner with Finance, Strategy, and Portfolio Managers to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and PMO certification preferred.
5–10 years in PMO, project governance, or business analysis in corporate settings.
Experience implementing governance frameworks, stage gate processes, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain governance frameworks, standards and processes.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track initiative performance, delivery metrics, and benefit realization.
Support governance processes including stage gate reviews, compliance checks, and risk assessments.
Analyse project and portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Project Managers to ensure accurate data capture.
Maintain CPMO templates and documents aligned with governance standards.
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with CPMO policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist in preparing executive presentations and reports.
Elevate PMO practices through continuous improvement and adoption of new technology.
