Job summary

Manulife Group in Singapore seeks a CPMO Project Manager to lead diverse technical and business projects using Agile methods. You will define scope, budgets, and requirements, coordinating stakeholders to achieve timely, on-budget delivery aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities include governance, team coordination across regions, risk management, and advancing Agile maturity while ensuring compliance and strong communication with business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Prior insurance project management or delivery experience is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Angular, DevOps, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and tools and their application in delivery and automation.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery management across onshore/offshore models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead cross-functional, distributed teams across geographies and time zones.
• Monitor progress using delivery metrics and risk mitigation strategies.
• Champion Agile practices including sprint planning, backlog management, and CI/CD.
• Engage stakeholders across business, operations, transformation, and technology.
• Align regional needs with enterprise architecture and compliance standards.
• Coach teams to foster a high-performing culture and continuous improvement.
