Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is seeking an Oversight & Governance Director to lead CPMO governance, data integrity, and executive reporting. You will drive standardization, dashboards, and risk assessments across strategic initiatives within Singapore, partnering with Portfolio and Project Managers to ensure timely data capture and decision-ready insights.

You will shape governance practices, enable accurate performance metrics, and support executives with high-quality dashboards and governance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in PMO, project governance, or business analysis within a corporate environment.
Certification in Project Management, Governance, or Risk Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CGEIT).
Proven experience implementing governance frameworks and conducting compliance reviews and audits.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain governance frameworks and standards across initiatives.
Develop dashboards and reports to track performance, delivery metrics, and benefit realization.
Support stage gate reviews, compliance checks, and risk assessments.
Analyze project and portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare executive-level reports and maintain CPMO templates and records.
