Job summary

Manulife Singapore is seeking an Oversight & Governance Director to support the Corporate Project Management Office (CPMO) with data-driven governance, dashboards and performance metrics. You will ensure data integrity, enable insight-driven decisions, and maintain standard governance across initiatives.

In this role, you’ll lead the development of executive‑level reports, collaborate with Portfolio and Project Managers, and promote continuous improvement of PMO practices within a hybrid working

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Certification in Project Management, Governance, or Risk Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, CGEIT)
• 5–10 years of experience in a PMO, project governance, or business analysis role within a corporate environment.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining governance frameworks and standards.
• Conducting compliance reviews, stage gate assessments, and audit support.
• Developing dashboards and reports for initiative performance and benefit realization.
• Analyzing project and portfolio data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Supporting executive reporting and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks and standards.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track initiative performance and delivery metrics.
• Support governance processes including stage gate reviews, compliance checks, and risk assessments.
• Analyze project and portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Project Managers to ensure accurate data capture.
• Maintain documentation and templates aligned with CPMO standards.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports.
• Elevate PMO practices through continuous improvement.
