Job summary

Manulife (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Director of Portfolio Management to drive enterprise-wide portfolio strategy and governance. You will lead prioritization, resource optimization, and benefits realization to deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, prioritizing demand, and overseeing cross-functional programs with senior leadership engagement. Hybrid working arrangement supported in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business or related field; advanced certs preferred.
• Master’s or professional certification in portfolio/program management highly desirable.
• Certifications in Agile/Lean (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) highly desirable.
• 10–15 years of portfolio/program management experience in large enterprises.
• Proven ability to influence executive decisions and drive strategic alignment.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and optimizing resource capacity.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the portfolio strategy and roadmap.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value and strategic impact.
• Drive portfolio performance, throughput, and delivery efficiency.
• Oversee benefits realization with KPIs, OKRs, and value metrics.
• Lead resource capacity planning and allocation across delivery teams.
• Communicate portfolio value, risks, and costs to stakeholders.
• Lead strategic programs using adaptive delivery models.
• Influence senior leaders and initiative owners to align with strategy.
