Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a PMO-focused professional to support end-to-end banking project implementations in Singapore. You will assist in planning, execution, and SDLC activities, coordinating with business analysts, testing teams, and training efforts.

The role emphasizes change management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in banking.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field.
• Experience in system-related projects as a member or end user is a must.
• Prior experience as PMO.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers for end-to-end project implementation, including planning and execution.
• Assist with project planning activities: timelines, schedules, status reports and documentation.
• Track project tasks, dependencies, risks and issues under guidance of PMs.
• Work with BAs and coordinate activities across the SDLC: requirements gathering, testing (UAT), training, etc.
• Lead change management to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems and procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including executive management, to ensure project alignment with priorities.

• Track project tasks, dependencies, risks, and issues under the guidance of project managers.
• Working with BAs and help manage and coordinate activities throughout the SDLC, including requirements gathering, Testing (UAT), Training, etc.
• Leading change management efforts to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems and procedures
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including executive management, to ensure project alignment with organizational priorities

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experiences in banking
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field.
• Experience in system related project (as project members or end users) is a must.
• Prior experiences as PMO
• Strong analytical, problem- solving and decision making skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
