Job summary

Ventures Unlimited Inc. in Singapore is seeking a PMO professional to support IT project management, including scoping, budgeting and progress updates. You will schedule meetings, document minutes, monitor project progress, and safeguard quality data.

The role requires strong communication and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Experience in PMO roles and a bachelor’s degree in project management or business administration are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management or business administration ( Banking Industry preferred).
• Proven working experience as PMO will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand the IT project scope, budget, duration and create project deck and help Project manager to provide updates.
• Schedule and conduct project/team meetings.
• Writing meeting minutes.
• Monitor the projects regularly to evaluate progress, quality and issues.
• Safeguard and maintain quality documents and data to ensure project integrity; support SIT/UAT, defect workflows, SLA/exit criteria and high-risk escalation.
• Provide timely updates for projects and for key items; proactive data migration workstream responsibilities.

Responsibilites:

• Understand the IT project scope, budget, duration and create project deck and help Project manager to provide updates.
• Schedule and conduct project/team meetings
• Writing meeting minutes and
• Monitor the projects regularly to evaluate the progress, quality, management issues emerging, and any events that might cause a delay in project completion.
• Safeguard and maintain all the quality documents and data to ensure project integrity is enhanced.Support SIT/UAT execution, defect workflows, SLA/exit criteria and high-risk escalation.
• Provide timely updates for projects and for key items.proactively responsible for the data migration workstream, migration workflows

Requuired Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in project management or business administration. Banking Industry preferred
• Proven working experience as PMO will be prefered
• Competence in IT, particularly in standard project management tools like Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work with strict datelines
• Ability to work under pressure and complete project within a set duration and budget.
• Conflict resolution skills.
