The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and extensive experience in plant operations. Responsibilities include developing schedules, budgeting, and coordinating maintenance work to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant field experience as a plant engineer or equivalent.
• Mechanical Engineering background preferred.
• Experience in HSE Performance Management, Risk Management, Plant Operations, and Reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide reactive planning for PM/CM activities and develop efficient work plans.
• Issue soft and hard week schedules, maintain craft utilization and coordinate maintenance work.
• Ensure timely execution of PM/CM plans and assist in budget planning.
