Job summary

NTS Singapore is seeking a Planning Team Lead to own the demand planning process across a high-mix, engineer-to-order environment. You will convert sales and forecast data into actionable production schedules and ensure alignment with material planning and capacity constraints.

You will drive rolling forecasts, participate in S&OP cycles, and set planning parameters to balance customer demand with factory capabilities. Collaboration with Sales and Scheduling is essential for on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years demand/supply planning in HMLV, job shop, or ETO manufacturing.
• Experience with low-volume, high-mix production environments.
• Strong grasp of MRP fundamentals and shop floor scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Drive rolling forecasts and S&OP/S&OE cycles across hundreds of part families.
• Translate demand signals into capacity constraints and shop floor priorities.
• Own order promising and lead time quoting with Sales and Scheduling.
• Set planning parameters (safety stock, buffers) suited to low-volume, variable demand.
• Track forecast accuracy and continuously improve inputs and methods.
• Master Scheduling.
