Job summary

NTS Singapore is seeking a Lead Demand Planner to act as the control tower of the factory's commitments: what we build, when we build it, and how we deliver on customer demand. You will translate forecasts, sales pipelines, and order history into actionable production schedules in a high-mix, engineer-to-order environment.

You will own demand planning, consolidate inputs, lead S&OP cycles, and ensure planning decisions cascade into material planning and shop floor scheduling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demand/supply planning in HMLV, job shop, or ETO manufacturing.
• Solid grasp of machine shop operations and/or mechatronics assembly.
• ERP proficiency with Navision/SAP/BAAN; strong MRP fundamentals.
• Confident facilitating cross-functional trade-off discussions.
• 18 days of Annual Leave.

Responsibilities

• Drive rolling forecasts and S&OP/S&OE cycles across hundreds of part families.
• Translate demand signals into capacity constraints and shop floor priorities.
• Own order promising and lead time quoting with Sales and Scheduling.
• Set planning parameters (safety stock, buffers) for low-volume, variable demand.
• Track forecast accuracy and continuously improve inputs and methods.
