Job summary

Trasna Cellular in Singapore seeks a Planning Manager to translate rolling sales forecasts into production plans, disaggregate SKUs, and manage short- and mid-term allocations. The role enforces order promising gating and capacity governance while collaborating with Sales Enablement and Product Strategy.

You will lead cross-functional coordination, escalation handling, and exception governance to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment in a fast-growing IoT solutions company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in Demand Planning, Master Scheduling or Integrated Planning.
• Deep ERP/MRP experience with SAP, Oracle or Odoo.
• Proven ATP/CTP allocation and MPS scheduling skills.
• Strong data modelling skills: Excel, SQL, Power BI.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking; Singapore work permit.

Responsibilities

• Translate rolling sales forecasts into production plans.
• Disaggregate product families into SKUs and manage allocations.
• Lead medium-term capacity planning (3–6 months).
• Oversee order promising gating and lead-time governance.
• Escalation management and exception governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment with Sales Enablement and Product Strategy.
