Job summary

NPI SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) (PTE.) LTD. is seeking an Operations Planner to plan, coordinate and monitor manufacturing operations to meet customer demand efficiently and on time.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in production planning, operations planning, or manufacturing scheduling.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
• Strong Excel and data-analysis capability.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory for reporting, documentation, and cross-department communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Translate customer demand and material availability into achievable production schedules.
• Balance production loading across work cells and available resources.
• Manage production work orders through the ERP/MRP system and monitor schedule adherence.
• Analyze manpower, equipment, and production capacity to ensure optimal utilization and mitigate constraints.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Operational Excellence initiatives.
