Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Engineer (Sales & Ops) to lead the monthly S&OP cycle, reconciling demand with manufacturing capacity and coordinating consensus between Sales, Finance and Operations.

You will monitor backlog against the approved build plan, manage the allocation process, model capacity and long lead-time items, and assess ECO impacts on inventories and supplier commitments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain planning.
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient in English & Mandarin both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle to align demand with manufacturing capabilities.
• Monitor backlog and manage allocation based on strategic importance and revenue targets.
• Model capacity, resources, and long-lead-time planning to balance load.
• Assess ECO impacts on inventories, supplier commitments and lead times.
• Establish strategic stock levels for long-lead items and LLT procurement strategies.
• Perform scenario analysis to evaluate market volatility and disruptions and advise on actions.
• Maintain executive dashboards tracking Forecast Accuracy, Plan Attainment and Inventory Health.
