Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop construction methodology, sequencing, work plans, and site logistics.
• Prepare preliminary, master, and contract schedules using Primavera P6.
• Draft technical proposals, method statements, and tender write-ups.
• Review tender drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and assess the impact on the schedule.
• Produce progress reports, S-curves, trackers, audits, and commissioning programs.
• Prepare baseline, recovery, resource-loaded, and cost-loaded schedules.
• Provide scheduling support for claims, disputes, and post-contract matters.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (Structural preferred).
• 1+ year of hands‑on experience with Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, and productivity.
