Job summary

JTC Corporation is seeking a professional to manage and coordinate the evaluation of development proposals submitted for plan consent. You will work closely with architects, planners, engineers, surveyors, consultants, developers, Agencies and industrialists to ensure timely processing of plan consent cases.

Applicants should have a background in planning, architecture or civil engineering, and possess strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Background in planning, architecture, civil engineering or related technical disciplines.
• Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, Corenet & GIS advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the evaluation of development proposals for plan consent.
• Collaborate with architects, planners, engineers, surveyors and consultants; coordinate with developers, agencies and industrialists.
• Handle estate-related works and related duties as required.
