Job summary

JTC Corporation invites civil and environmental engineers to contribute to the end-to-end delivery of coastal protection infrastructure projects in Singapore's industrial areas. You will secure approvals and funding from government agencies, plan and develop solutions based on site conditions and technical assessment, and manage consultants and contractors to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.

The role requires a background in Civil/Environmental Engineering, with experience in drainage

Qualifications

Background in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
Experience in drainage design, land reclamation, environmental impact assessment, hydrodynamic modelling, and marine structures would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end coastal protection infrastructure projects for Singapore's industrial areas.
Secure approvals and funding from relevant government agencies.
Plan and develop coastal protection solutions based on site conditions and technical assessment.
Analyse soil conditions, hydrodynamics and meteorological-oceanographic data, flood modelling results, and environmental impact assessments.
Manage consultants in the development of engineering designs, oversee contractor appointments, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Anticipate and resolve construction-related issues and contractual disputes effectively.
