Job summary

You will develop conceptual plans for environmental design, collaborate with internal divisions, liaise with agencies, and oversee projects under Singapore’s environmental frameworks while balancing biodiversity with development needs.

Qualifications

• Officers with relevant disciplines in Engineering/Architecture/Planning.
• Work experience in Environmental Planning, Ecological Studies or Landscape Architecture is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual plans and designs for environmental design scope (landscape master plan, streetscape, green/blue infrastructure).
• Collaborate with internal divisions on sustainable and ecologically friendly planning and design for estates and developments.
• Liaise with agencies to establish or review environmental design frameworks and policies.
• Oversee projects through the government’s EIA framework, balancing biodiversity preservation with development needs.
