Qualifications

• At least 5 years leading a team.
• Strong communication and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.
• Training in geospatial analytics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, source and manage land stock to meet short-, medium- and long-term needs.
• Review land use policies and recommend new policies to support industrial restructuring.
• Monitor land supply and adjust plans via master plan reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering, cluster officers and planners on master plans.
• Carry out geospatial analyses to guide land planning strategies.
• Enhance productivity and staff development through process reviews.
