Job summary

JTC Corporation is seeking a senior professional to plan, source, and manage its land stock to support Singapore's economic development. The role covers policy development, land resource planning, and geospatial analysis to optimise land use.

You will lead a team, collaborate with engineering and policy divisions, and drive productivity improvements while aligning with strategic master plans. Role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven ability to develop and present

Qualifications

• Geospatial analytics training is an advantage.
• At least 5 years leading a team.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Land Use Policy Development: review and recommend policies to support industrial restructuring and land productivity.
• Land Resource Planning and Management: manage land stock, monitor supply, and plan for demand with timely adjustments.
• Geospatial Analyses: supervise or perform GIS analyses to guide planning decisions and develop GIS tools.
• Collaboration: work with Engineering, project management, architects, planners, and policy staff across divisions.
• Enhancing Productivity: review work processes and adopt technology to improve efficiency.
• Staff Development: support staff career development and progression.
