Job summary

JTC Corporation in Singapore seeks a capable professional to manage and coordinate the evaluation of development proposals submitted for plan consent, working closely with architects, planners, engineers, surveyors and consultants as well as developers and agencies.

You will read technical drawings for building and infrastructure projects, ensure timely processing of plan consent cases, and may be assigned to estate related works as required.

Qualifications

• Background in planning, architecture, civil engineering or other relevant technical disciplines.
• Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, Corenet & GIS will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the evaluation of development proposals submitted for plan consent.
• Work closely with architects, planners, engineers, surveyors, consultants, developers and Agencies.
• Read technical drawings for building and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure plan consent cases are processed in a timely manner.
• Handle estate related works and other duties as required.
