Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operator based at our Singapore facility. The role involves handling equipment and assembling products, ensuring quality, reading schematics, and maintaining clean and organized work areas.

Working hours are 8am to 5pm, five days a week. Training is provided to newcomers with relevant manufacturing experience. A competitive base salary plus incentives and allowances is offered.

• Basic understanding of data analysis. Demonstrate knowledge with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment / tools / machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Ability to read print schematics and requests.
• Assure product meets all quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions.

Working Days: 5 Days
Working Hours : 8am - 5pm
Basic Salary: $ 1,900 + Monthly Incentive Allowance: $ 90 + Transportation Allowance: $ 80 + AWS 13th Salary + Quarterly Bonus 15% of Annual Salary +Sign on bonus $ 3k (Get $ 1.5k after six months, $ 1.5k after 1 year)
