Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operator for our facility in Singapore. The role involves following work instructions, operating equipment to assemble products, and ensuring quality standards are met.

You will read schematics, document manufacturing data, and maintain a clean, organized work area while performing standardized duties under supervision. Training is provided and relevant manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
• Basic understanding of data analysis Demonstrate knowledge with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment / tools / machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Ability to read print schematics and requests.
• Assure product meets all quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions.

Operator

Working Location: Kian Teck Ln (10 minutes walking from Pioneer MRT)
Working Days: 5 Days
Working Hours : 8am - 5pm
Basic Salary: $ 1,900 + Monthly Incentive Allowance: $ 90 + Transportation Allowance: $ 80 + AWS 13th Salary + Quarterly Bonus 15% of Annual Salary +Sign on bonus $ 3k (Get $ 1.5k after six months, $ 1.5k after 1 year)

Job Responsibilities (Not cell specific as all operators requires for cross-cell trainings):
