Job summary

The Supreme Hr Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Operator to support production lines at Kian Teck Lane. The role involves following work instructions, reading schematics, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Working hours are 8am to 5pm, five days a week, with a base salary of SGD 1,900 plus allowances and bonuses including AWS, quarterly bonuses, and a sign-on. Training is provided and there is potential for growth within the manufacturing team.

• Experience in manufacturing industry is required.
• Basic data analysis and computer systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment/tools/machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Read print schematics and requests.
• Ensure products meet quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Fill out reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks.

Working Location: Kian Teck Ln (10 minutes walking from Pioneer MRT)
Working Days: 5 Days
Working Hours : 8am - 5pm
Basic Salary: $ 1,900 + Monthly Incentive Allowance: $ 90 + Transportation Allowance: $ 80 + AWS 13th Salary + Quarterly Bonus 15% of Annual Salary +Sign on bonus $ 3k (Get $ 1.5k after six months, $ 1.5k after 1 year)

Job Responsibilities (Not cell specific as all operators requires for cross-cell trainings):

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment / tools / machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Ability to read print schematics and requests.
• Assure product meets all quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
