Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our production team at Pioneer.

You will follow instructions, operate equipment to prepare and assemble products, and participate in cross-cell trainings as needed. We value candidates with prior manufacturing experience and basic data analysis skills; you will read schematics, ensure quality, and document production metrics under supervision.

• Work under supervision on standardized duties using established procedures or written instructions.

Working Location: Pioneer
Working Days: 5 Days
Working Hours : 8am - 5pm
Salary: $ 1,800 - $ 2,000 + Attendance Allowance: $ 90 + Transportation Allowance: $ 80 + AWS 13th Salary + Variable Bonus provided

Job Responsibilities(Not cell specific as all operators requires for cross-cell trainings):

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment / tools / machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Ability to read print schematics and requests.
• Assure product meets all quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions.

Job Requirement:

• Relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
• Basic understanding of data analysis Demonstrate knowledge with computer systems.
