Job summary

PERSOL Singapore seeks a Full-chip Physical Verification engineer to sign off on tape-out in DRC, LVS, ANT, ERC, ESD and PERC. You will collaborate with the Place & Route team to resolve layout integration issues and coordinate with IP owners and the manufacturing team.

The role emphasizes automation to improve tape-out flow, issue reporting, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. A degree in E/EE or CS and UNIX/Linux proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Masters Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering / Computer Science
• Familiar with IC Design front-to-backend flow
• Proficient in script programming and UNIX/Linux platforms
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Sign off on Full-chip Physical Verification in DRC, LVS, ANT, ERC, ESD, PERC for tape-out
• Co-work with Place & Route to resolve full-chip layout integration issues

Job Requirements

• Preferably well-versed in Calibre, Assura, Star-RCXT
• Proficient in script programming, such as, Tcl, Perl or C-shell
• Proficient in UNIX (Linux) platforms
• Strong communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills
