Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior HR leader to partner with the General Manager in delivering the full spectrum of HR functions, onboarding and payroll, governance, and compliance across local and London-related operations.

You will oversee HRIS, work pass matters, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to drive engaging programs and efficiency. The role requires extensive experience in HR/administration and a proactive, independent team player attitude.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience, preferably in HR, administration, corporate affairs, or office management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, training, employee engagement, HRIS and work pass matters.
• Oversee office administration and operations, including AP/AR, expense claims, company events, facilities, corporate services and workplace safety.
• Support corporate affairs, Board matters, audits, compliance and governance, including J-SOX internal controls and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with the London Branch and overseas stakeholders on HR, administration and compliance matters.
• Manage government-related matters, memberships, grants, corporate banking administration and other corporate services.
• Support management on ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives.
