Reachfield Security is seeking a friendly Receptionist/Concierge to join our office building team in Chinatown, Singapore. You will provide front desk support, greet visitors, handle calls and emails, and perform general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates are polite, professional, and have experience in customer service or front-line roles in hotels or similar environments.

About the role

Receptionist/Concierge position at an office building in Chinatown, providing reception and administrative support services.

Mon-Fri (9am-7pm), Sat (9am-2pm)

Key responsibilities

• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and addressing them appropriately

• Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls and provide basic information when needed

• Data entry and perform other clerical receptionist duties

• Provide and ensure timely return of visitor pass

• Ensure prompt response to email

• Undertake additional duties or responsibilities as assigned
