Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator in Jurong to handle customer enquiries, process orders, and coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

You will communicate with customers on precious metal hedging orders, manage forecasts and delivery schedules, and work with finance to secure timely payments while maintaining compliance with GST, import/export rules, and QEHS requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
• Prefer basic knowledge in SAP system.
• Good in mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and process orders; liaise with operations and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Direct communication with customer for precious metal hedging orders.
• Liaise with customer order forecast and delivery schedule.
• Work closely with finance to ensure timely customer payments.
• Liaise with QEHS manager on customer compliance requirements.
• Set up new or renew due diligence records for customers.
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies, e.g., GST, import/export compliance and NEA license.
• Ensure all system data/files are timely updated and maintained.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Salary: Up to $3800 + AWS +VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer enquiries and orders, process orders and liaise with operation and logistic team to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of all orders.


• Direct communication with customer for precious metal hedging orders.


• Liaise with customer order forecast and delivery schedule.


• Work closely with finance team to ensure timely payment from customers.


• Liaise with QEHS manager on compliance requirements from customers.


• Set up new or renew Due Diligence record for customers


• Ensure adherence to laws and policies, e.g. GST, import & export compliance and NEA license.


• Ensure all system data / files are timely updated and maintained properly.


• Any other assigned duties by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Competent in MS Office and Outlook
