Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an organized customer service professional to handle inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with operations and logistics for timely deliveries.

You will communicate with customers about precious metal hedging orders, align forecasts and delivery schedules, and collaborate with finance on payments while ensuring compliance with GST, import/export rules, and NEA licensing.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and orders, process orders and liaise with operation and logistic team to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of all orders.
• Direct communication with customer for precious metal hedging orders.
• Liaise with customer order forecast and delivery schedule.
• Work closely with finance team to ensure timely payment from customers.
• Liaise with QEHS manager on compliance requirements from customers.
• Set up new or renew Due Diligence record for customers
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies, e.g. GST, import & export compliance and NEA license.
• Ensure all system data / files are timely updated and maintained properly.
• Any other assigned duties by supervisor.
