Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Commonwealth, Singapore is seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Development professional to promote the company’s M&E construction capabilities. You will identify opportunities, build client networks and support tender activities.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management or Engineering with at least 5 years in marketing or BD within the built environment, and a deep understanding of Singapore’s M&E sector.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing or business development experience in construction, M&E, engineering or built environment.
• Experience in M&E construction industry is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of Singapore's construction and M&E landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business development initiatives to promote the company’s M&E construction capabilities and services.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential clients and market segments through market research and industry analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Prepare company profiles, presentations, proposals, marketing materials and other corporate communications.
• Support tender and proposal activities, ensuring materials accurately reflect the company’s capabilities and project experience.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, corporate events, networking activities and client engagement initiatives.
• Maintain consistent corporate branding and develop content highlighting projects, certifications and technical capabilities.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors and market opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Maintain databases of clients, business contacts, project opportunities and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing, business development and strategic initiatives.
