Job summary

ASEANet Manpower Consulting is seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Development professional to join our growing team in Singapore. You will craft strategies to raise market presence and win new business in construction, M&E, and engineering sectors.

Responsibilities include identifying new clients and tender opportunities, conducting market research, and building relationships with LTA, consultants, contractors, developers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development or sales.
• Candidates with an established network of contractors, consultants, developers or LTA-related industry contacts will have an advantage.
• Good understanding of the Singapore construction and M&E industry, including project development and tender opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies to increase the Company's market presence and generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and develop new clients, business opportunities and potential projects within the construction, M&E and engineering industries.
• Conduct market research to identify upcoming construction and M&E projects , industry trends, potential clients and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with LTA, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, developers and other key industry stakeholders.
• Lead and support the preparation of company profiles, presentations, proposals, quotations and other marketing materials.
• Represent the Company at industry events, networking sessions, exhibitions and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate business leads.
• Work closely with management and the technical/project teams to understand the Company's capabilities and develop suitable strategies to secure M&E and engineering projects.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development or sales, preferably within the construction, M&E or engineering industry.
• Candidates with an established network of contractors, consultants, developers or LTA-related industry contacts will have an advantage.
• Good understanding of the Singapore construction and M&E industry , including project development and tender opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
