Sleek is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own data-driven optimization across markets, with a strong emphasis on Google Search. You will analyze campaigns, forecast performance, and collaborate with ecommerce and sales to achieve targets across multiple regions.

The role demands hands-on management of large budgets, mastery of Performance Max, advanced Excel/Sheets skills, and the ability to turn insights into actionable campaigns.

Formación

• In-house performance marketing experience with USD $100k+ monthly spend.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue and CAC goals.
• 6+ years hands-on Google Ads experience, including campaign setup and reporting.
• Experience with Performance Max is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets with advanced formulas and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Exceed revenue and ROAS targets by optimizing keywords and ad creatives and adjusting campaigns in real time.
• Accelerate growth in key markets through bid adjustments and budget optimization across campaigns.
• Launch and optimize new campaigns to expand market share and improve conversion rates.
• Develop actionable opportunities with ecommerce and sales teams to drive incremental growth.
• Ensure accurate attribution by troubleshooting tracking discrepancies across platforms.
