You will build conversion funnels, write direct-response copy, and collaborate with designers to produce high-converting assets, while leveraging Gen AI tools to accelerate results.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• At least 1 year of digital, performance or advertising marketing experience.
• Strong direct-response copywriting and creative thinking.
• Comfortable with campaign metrics and performance data.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and other channels.
• Build and optimise conversion funnels, landing pages and sales pages via A/B testing.
• Develop hooks, messaging and direct-response copy for ads, videos and emails.
• Conceptualise video and visual ad creatives, including scripts and briefs.
• Work with designers, video editors and content teams to produce assets.
• Leverage Gen AI tools to improve creative development and campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and stay updated on trends.
