Job summary

ImagineArt is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition for our web product. This is a fully remote role with overlap to Pacific hours, and you will manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google, focusing on CAC, payback and trial-to-paid conversion.

You will ship creative at volume, run CRO on landing pages and paywalls, and report on spend, CAC, payback, LTV and contribution margin with real budget behind it from day one.

Qualifications

• Personally managed $1M+ USD in paid media budgets.
• Direct experience with consumer subscription economics: CAC, payback window, trial-to-paid conversion.
• Hands-on ownership of Meta, TikTok or Google at meaningful daily spend.
• Web funnel experience; built and optimised web checkout/paywall flows, not just app installs.
• Ability to articulate numbers and proposed improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition on the web across Meta, TikTok and Google.
• Manage budget at real scale with CAC and payback targets.
• Build and scale web-to-web and web-to-app funnels, including paywall and checkout testing.
