Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience, especially in performance management or HR policy development would be an advantage.
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Review and govern the performance management system in BCA.
• Identify gaps and engage stakeholders to co-develop improvements.
• Design tools, templates, and resources for effective performance conversations and appraisals.
• Facilitate annual performance appraisal and ranking exercise.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management initiatives using data and feedback.
