Reolink in Singapore is seeking a Performance Advertising Specialist to oversee cross-platform campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok). You will develop annual strategies, manage budgets, and monitor ROI across channels.

The role requires a degree in marketing or related field and at least 3 years of hands-on advertising operations, with strong data analysis and Excel/Sheets skills. Relocation to the Tai Seng area is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, statistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on advertising operations experience.
• Experience with 3C, e-commerce, internet products, or cross-border advertising is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute annual advertising strategies and budgets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across major platforms, including setup, optimization, A/B testing, and monitoring.
• Analyze campaign performance and report metrics, aiming to reduce CPA and improve conversions.
• Collaborate with creative, content and product teams to guide ad creative and landing pages.
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates; adapt strategies and explore new channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Media placement experiences in Meta Advertisements , Google ads, TikTok ads are preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in advertising operations; experience in 3C, e-commerce, internet products, or cross-border advertising is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in managing at least two major advertising platforms, with strong data analysis skills and familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets and analytics tools.
• Strong strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in team leadership or agency management is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual advertising strategies, manage monthly advertising budgets, and ensure ROI and performance targets are consistently achieved.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across major advertising platforms (including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Ocean Engine), covering campaign setup, optimization, A/B testing, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and key metrics; prepare regular performance reports and recommend optimization initiatives to reduce CPA and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with creative, content, and product teams to guide ad creative direction and support landing page optimization for maximum campaign effectiveness.
• Stay informed of industry trends, platform policy updates, and competitor activities; proactively adjust strategies and explore new advertising channels and formats.
