Role Overview
The Performance Marketer/Media Buyer/Paid Ads Executive supports the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and relevant paid channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical problem-solving, structured execution, and rapidly learning how marketing performance is built, measured, and improved inside a high-growth agency environment.
The associate will work closely with digital marketers, the ARC team, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned to audience intent, funnel objectives, and client KPIs.
Build and launch campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
Execute targeting setups, placements, budgets, and A/B testing structures.
Maintain clean campaign organisation following internal naming conventions.
Prepare daily performance checks and ensure campaigns meet pacing and budget utilisation targets.
Conduct daily/weekly optimisation of bids, budgets, audiences, ad sets, keywords, and creative variations.
Identify underperforming segments and propose corrective action.
Track micro-signals (CTR, CVR, CPC, CPL, landing page trust signals) to improve overall funnel performance.
Flag anomalies or performance risks to senior Account Managers immediately.
Prepare periodic client reports using standard agency reporting templates.
Summarise wins, losses, learning insights, and next steps.
Extract platform data and ensure accuracy before exporting.
Maintain dashboards for internal monitoring.
Work with the creative team to brief required assets.
Provide clear IVC requirements, audience insights, and performance feedback.
Monitor asset delivery and ensure handover to PM team is complete and accurate.
Support testing: thumbnails, headlines, CTA variations, hooks.
Use platform tools and external research methods to analyse audience behaviour.
Conduct competitor ad analysis (Meta Ad Library, Google SERPs, landing pages).
Recommend opportunities for targeting, messaging, and funnel improvement.
Perform technical checks on client websites and DLPs (loading speed, CTA clicks, form health).
Ensure alignment between ad messaging, landing page content, and offer positioning.
Flag issues to relevant internal teams.
Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
At least 1 year in the digital marketing/performance marketing field executing Paid Ads on Google and Meta (Executive)
Strong interest in performance marketing and data analysis.
In-depth familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and Conversion Tracking (Executive)
Comfortable with Excel/Sheets, data interpretation, and fast execution cycles.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
Strong sense of ownership and self-improvement.
