Nas.com is seeking an Operations and Recruitment Specialist to support HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and office management across the organization. This is a hands-on role that thrives on people, organization, and getting things done.

You will coordinate onboarding, be a friendly point of contact for employees, and help automate HR processes to improve the employee experience. The role spans across teams and locations, with room to grow as Nas.com scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations or people operations.
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Office management and vendor coordination.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate onboarding for new joiners.
• Be a friendly and reliable point of contact for employees on everyday HR questions.
• Help improve and automate HR processes to make the employee experience faster and simpler.
• Support recruitment across different teams and locations.
• Organize team activities, celebrations, company events, and employee initiatives.
• Coordinate birthdays, anniversaries, gifts, and other employee moments.
• Come up with new ideas to make Nas.com an even better place to work.
• Help keep the office organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, building management, and other service providers.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, deliveries, and day-to-day office needs.
• Support travel, meetings, events, and other administrative requests when needed.
• Jump in and help solve operational problems - big or small.
