Private Advertiser is seeking an Human Resource Specialist in Singapore to support the full spectrum of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, HR Operations, and governance compliance.

The role collaborates with employees, managers, and external partners to ensure effective service delivery, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–5 years of HR experience across disciplines is desired.
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and tax regulations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support Talent Acquisition end-to-end: postings, screening, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
• Assist Employee Relations, investigations, and grievance handling.
• Support compensation, benefits, payroll, and annual review activities.
• Coordinate training plans, records, and competency matrices.
• Maintain HRIS records, reports, and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audits.
